- A model trained on more than 13,000 London sales since 2023 puts a value range under every price, on the cards and on the listing. It is a starting point, not an appraisal.
- A map you can search with
- Draw your own area, search by commute time to work, see schools, and tint every pin by whether it fits a budget you set once.
- Alerts that follow what you open
- A morning email of new matches for a saved search, narrowed over time by the listings you actually look at.
Hi, I’m Colin.
I’m a REALTOR® with Oak and Key Real Estate Brokerage Inc., based right here in London, Ontario, and I built this site myself. I got tired of national portals that bury local listings under ads, delay the data, and route every lead to a call center or whichever agent is next in the rotation. So I built the search tool I’d actually want to use, and I’m the one who answers when you call, text, or email.
That’s the difference here: one accountable local agent who knows London’s neighbourhoods street by street, not a lead routed to a random rep. I work with both buyers and sellers, and I’m as comfortable talking pricing strategy as I am talking code, because I built the tools behind both.
