Who you’re actually talking to
Hi, I’m Colin.
I’m a REALTOR® with Oak and Key Real Estate Brokerage Inc., based right here in London, Ontario — and I built this site myself. I got tired of national portals that bury local listings under ads, delay the data, and route every lead to a call center or whichever agent is next in the rotation. So I built the search tool I’d actually want to use, and I’m the one who answers when you call, text, or email.
That’s the difference here: one accountable local agent who knows London’s neighbourhoods street by street — not a lead routed to a random rep. I work with both buyers and sellers, and I’m as comfortable talking pricing strategy as I am talking code, because I built the tools behind both.
